With the widespread deployment of renewable energy storage stations and photovoltaic systems, inverters—as the core power conversion and control units—must operate reliably under high-power and high-frequency conditions for extended periods. During frequent switching operations, inverters tend to generate strong electromagnetic interference (EMI), which can affect internal control circuits and nearby electronic or communication equipment, posing potential safety risks. At the same time, insufficient sealing at enclosure joints and interfaces can lead to dust and moisture ingress, compromising heat dissipation and long-term reliability of internal components. Achieving both airtight environmental protection and effective EMI shielding has therefore become a key technical challenge in inverter design.
